Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Lead with a strong background in Delivery Management and a deep understanding of Pega systems. The ideal candidate will be a Pega Certified Business Architect, capable of leading project delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful implementation of Pega solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive project success in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of Pega projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Pega Certified Business Architect knowledge to guide project teams in the design and implementation of Pega solutions.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues that may impact project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance delivery efficiency.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Mandatory Skills:
Pega Certified Business Architect certification.
Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities and best practices.
Proven experience in project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with other project management tools and software.
Knowledge of business process management and optimization techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
