Job Description:

Role Focus

Primary owner of In-house utility development, AI/ML integration, and developer productivity. This role accelerates business value by building intelligent capabilities on top of stable platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. In‑House Utility & Backend Development (Primary)

  • Design, build, and maintain internal utilities, APIs, and backend services using:
    • C#/.NET / .NET Core
    • Python (API integration, data transformation, ML utilities)
    • Kafka
  • Develop reusable components, automation accelerators, and shared frameworks.
  • Build backend services supporting dashboards, command centers, monitoring, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct design and code reviews; enforce clean coding and engineering standards.

2. GenAI, LLM & AI Platform Engineering (Primary)

  • Design and implement GenAI-driven workflows and decision pipelines.
  • Integrate LLM capabilities including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, grounding, and model orchestration.
  • Build and deploy AI Center pipelines, custom ML models, and AI-assisted automations.
  • Evaluate and onboard new AI tools, frameworks, and COTS AI products for enterprise use.
  • Partner with data science, architecture, and security teams to ensure compliant AI deployments.

2. Data, Reporting & SQL Engineering (Primary)

  • Design dashboards for automation performance, AI usage, operational insights, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, ETL, and UiPath Insights.
  • Serve as SQL SME: schema reviews, query optimization, and data accuracy validation.
  • Deliver automated reports for leadership, audit, and operational teams.

3. DevOps & Platform Alignment (Secondary)

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for AI models, utilities, and services.
  • Ensure applications align with platform standards for deployment, monitoring, and security.
  • Collaborate with the Automation & Cloud Reliability Engineer on release and rollout planning.

4. Collaboration, Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work in Agile teams delivering prioritized automation and AI capabilities.
  • Mentor engineers on GenAI, automation frameworks, and backend development.
  • Lead technical workshops, demos, and documentation for reusable assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM integrations (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering).
  • Strong development skills in C#/.NET, Python, REST APIs, and backend services.
  • Advanced SQL and analytics experience.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and secure SDLC practices.
  • Working knowledge of UiPath ecosystem and automation platforms.
